What is an Enchanted Custom Unit?

It’s a handmade custom unit used on a breathable dome cap with a lace closure or frontal piece in the crown area and bundles in the back (for a full natural look minimum of 2 bundles is required). Our custom wigs have a 2-3 year life span with proper care and maintenance.

 

Do you provide the hair?

​

Yes! Hair is provided for your custom unit purchase.

Yes, you can provide your own hair as well. All you would have to do is click the booking tab at the top section. 

 

Will I need to provide measurements?

​

Yes, for a comfortable fit measurements is needed. Using a measuring tape around your head exactly where a hat will sit.

 

Can the custom unit be worn glueless?

​

Yes it can.

 

Turnaround time for Custom Units?

​

Our Custom units take 3-7 business days to be made. You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped. Holidays and weekends are not included.

 

Return and Exchange Policy for Custom Wigs.

All of our items are FINAL SALE. There are NO REFUNDS or exchanges due to sanitary purposes and our custom units are designed for your head size. If there is a mistake on our end, we will be glad to fix the issue.

 

Are you a wig first timer?

Please research different types of wigs, lace closures and lace size before proceeding if this is your first wig. Remember there are no refunds after your purchase.
